Seminar on Media and Elections Coverage

FCCM joined a seminar on "The Role of the Media in Future Elections" on Tuesday, September 17, at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. The seminar was hosted by IKMAS and CIJ.

FCCM President Julia Zappei spoke at a panel on "Media and Elections Coverage" as part of the programme. Her presentation focused on foreign correspondents' work in Malaysia and the issues they faced covering GE13. She was joined on the panel by the Sun journalist R. Nadeswaran and CIJ head Masjaliza Hamzah.
